Tunisian Bobble Stitch produces a fabric that looks equally good on both sides. It is worked on a Tunisian/Afghan hook which looks like a knitting needle with a hook instead of a point on the one end and a stopper on the other.

At first glance this stitch looks quite fiddly and difficult but, working with only one yarn at a time makes it much easier than it looks.
