- We open the studio by appointment only. Call 083 268 5856 to book your in person shopping spree.
- All orders will receive attention within 24 hours of receipt – weekends and holidays excluded. In order to offer the variety we do, we do not keep stock on hand, so all orders are custom dyed and may take up to 2 weeks to process. (depending on the weather and workload, they can sometimes take longer)
- Unless you have requested otherwise, local (South Africa) parcels will be sent with Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy
- Orders from outside South Africa will be sent with UPS or FedEx. (Please see https://colourspun.com/shop/shipping-and-returns/ )
- Payments should be made with your order and orders will only be processed once we have received confirmation of payment. Payments are accepted in ZAR – South Africa only and US$ – all international payments.
- We do NOT accept cash paid into our bank account.
- By completing a purchase, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your order (e.g., confirmation, shipping updates).
