Smaug the African Flower Dragon

Smaug the African Flower Dragon, designed by Heidi of Heidi Bears, is an easy to make soft toy for children of all ages. Heidi is the original designer of the African Flower motive animals.

NOTE:

This is a yarn only kit. The pattern is available from Heidi Bears

Knowledge of basic crochet – US terms used

Size

Smaug the African Flower Dragon measures approximately 65cm tip of tail to nose and 21cm high

Care/Cleaning/Storage Instructions

Hand wash Smaug the African Flower Dragon in cool water. Squeeze gently, in order to remove most of the water. Do not twist or wring.  Rearrange stuffing if necessary when dry. Store with a little scented soap or camphor wood blocks in order to repel any pests.

Kit Contains

• 4 x 50g +  20 x 25g Pure Merino Sock/4ply (recommended)

OR

• 4 x 50g  + 20 x 25g Pure Cotton Sock/4ply .

The colour swatch indicates the main colour (50g), the other colours (25g) will be assorted and similar to those in the photo.

Not included

• 1.75mm crochet Hook
• Pure Merino Fibre Fill stuffing

Delivery:

We hand-dye, air-dry and handball all the yarn for the Smaug the African Flower Dragon kits.  Please allow two weeks for production before shipping – the quality is worth the wait
