Pure Merino Super Chunky Twist

Pure Merino Super Chunky Twist makes fabulous cowls, scarves, blankets and more in no time at all. Wonderful for last minute gifts or when you’re in a hurry!

This extra soft, super wash yarn is mill spun and Herco treated to prevent felting. It is hand dyed in our indie dye studio using an earth friendly process and dyes. We use special hand dye methods in order to ensure that each strand is imbued with the artist’s energy and will have its own unique characteristics.

There are over 400 colours in our range, see our inspiration here . Our yarn is hand dyed in batches of 5 skeins, but we can dye larger batches on request. We urge you to order enough yarn for your project, because as with all yarn, dyelots vary.

If you don’t find the colour you’re looking for, we will have a go at creating it for you.

Please note: the swatches are for colour reference only since they have been dyed on different weight yarns.

Washing Instructions

Hand wash merino wool in cool water. Dry flat for best results. Store with a little piece of hand soap or cedar/camphor wood in order to repel any pests.
