Pure Merino Wool Aran is soft, warm and great for almost any project, whether knitting, crochet or weaving. Create lovely colour work or cabled sweaters, hats, gloves, slippers…

This extra soft, 4 ply, super wash yarn is mill spun and Herco treated to prevent felting. It is hand dyed in our indie dye studio using an earth friendly process and dyes. We use special hand dye methods in order to ensure that each strand is imbued with the artist’s energy and will have its own unique characteristics.

There are over 500 colours in our range, see our inspiration here . Pure Merino Wool Aran yarn is hand dyed in batches of 5 skeins, but we can dye larger batches on request. We urge you to order enough yarn for your project, because as with all yarn, dye lots vary.

We know how having just the right colour can turn a great project into a fabulous one, so, if you don’t find the colour you’re looking for, we will have a go at creating it for you.

Washing Instructions
