Cable me Cosy Afghan / Blanket Kits

Cable me Cosy Afghan / Blanket Kits contain yarn to make Hilda Steyn’s beautiful blanket.

This is a modular blanket, consisting of panels that are joined with a crochet join at the end. The blanket is finished with an applied i-cord afterwards.

 NOTE:

These are yarn only kits, you will need to purchase the instructions from Ravelry (inUS$) or from Ilona Slow Life Creations (in ZAR).

Skill level:

Intermediate

Size:

• Small: approximately 1.3 m wide x 1.5 m long
• Medium: approximately 1.8 m wide x 1.8 m long
• Large: approximately 2.0 m wide x 2.0 m long
• X-large: approximately 2.4 m wide x 2.2 m long

Care/Cleaning/Storage Instructions:

Hand wash in cool water. Dry flat. Store with a little scented soap or camphor wood blocks.

Kit contains:

ColourSpun Pure Cotton Texture

• 110 x 50g for X- Large blanket
• 84 x 50g for large blanket
• 68 x 50g for medium blanket
• 40 x 50 for small blanket

Not included:

• 6mm crochet hook
• 6mm knitting needles
• 6mm double pointed needles for i-cord
• Other notions – scissors, sewing needle

Delivery:

We hand-dye, air-dry and handball all the yarn for the Cable me Cosy Afghan / Blanket kits. Please allow two weeks for production before shipping – the quality is worth the wait.
