Kid Mohair Yarn and Fibre

Our Kid Mohair Yarn and Fibre comes from young Angora goats. It is sustainably grown and ethically produced in the Eastern Cape region of South Africa.

We use only the finest quality, mill spun Kid Mohair. Our range is hand dyed by rural South African women, at Adéle’s Mohair, in the  area between East London and Gqeberha. Adéle’s Mohair is a labour-intensive cottage industry, producing designer yarns. Find these yarns, with ribbons and beads added,  in our gift  and sweater packs.

Our premium Kid Mohair has been granted the Mohair mark – the certifying mark for South African Mohair.

Kid Mohair is soft and luxurious, never scratchy.
