Shipping Options

Please ensure that you choose the shipping option that you want, it cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Flat rate shipping at a preferential rate is available for orders that weigh over 1.5kg. We send these parcels with an economy option – please note, this usually takes longer in transit. Choose the Flat Rate Shipping option at check out. If an Express option is chosen we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Shipping rates depend on the volume of parcels we send and are reviewed every month and so flat rate shipping will be reviewed every month.

Local pickup from our studio in Heidelberg Gauteng. If you wish to collect your parcel, or send your courier, please choose Local pickup. Let us know in the notes at checkout if you need the address and We’ll email or WhatsApp it to you.

Insurance

Insurance to value of parcel only whilst in transit. This is an optional extra, please add it before checking out if you require insurance, or your parcel will not be insured.

ColourSpun does not accept responsibility for any uninsured parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Customs Duties & Tariffs

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and must be paid directly to them.

For U.S. customers:
To help ensure a smooth and timely delivery, any applicable U.S. customs duties will be calculated and included at checkout. These charges are paid directly to the U.S. government on your behalf, reducing the risk of delays at customs.

Please ensure that you have chosen the correct payment option, based on your location, or your payment will be rejected by either Payfast or PayPal.

Local (South Africa) currency – ZAR – Please use Payfast to pay in ZAR

International currency – Please use PayPal to pay.
