It is also known as Double Filet, or Intermesh Crochet. There are 12 square patterns. Use each one three times, in order to make\u00a0 36 squares. Join 6&#215;6 for an Afghan. Join 4&#215;9 for a throw or a shawl.<\/p>\n<p>Use simple interlocking patterns to create blocks that look the same on both sides. Use intricate patterns in order to create blocks that have two unique sides.
