Shipping Options<\/strong><\/h3>

Please\u00a0ensure that you\u00a0choose\u00a0the shipping option that you want, it cannot be changed after the order has been placed.<\/strong><\/p>

Flat rate\u00a0shipping at a preferential rate is available for orders that weigh over 1.5kg. We send these parcels with an economy option \u2013 please note, this usually takes longer in transit. Choose the Flat Rate Shipping option at check out. If an Express option is chosen we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Shipping rates depend on the volume of parcels we send and are reviewed every month and so flat rate shipping will be reviewed every month.<\/p>

Local pickup from our studio in Heidelberg Gauteng. If you wish to collect your parcel, or send your courier, please choose Local pickup. Let us know in the notes at checkout if you need the address and We’ll email or WhatsApp it to you.<\/p>

Insurance<\/strong><\/h3>

Insurance to value of parcel only whilst in transit.\u00a0<\/span>This is an optional extra, please add it before checking out if you require insurance, or your parcel will not be insured.<\/p>
