Shipping and Returns

  • All orders are dispatched within 14 days of receipt of payment, in order to allow for custom dyeing. (Depending on weather and workload)
  • A tracking number will be emailed to the buyer by the courier company.
  • Please use your physical address – home or business, couriers will NOT deliver to a P.O. Box.
  • Gifts can be shipped directly to the recipient’s address. 
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and any customs charges, duties or taxes. (Please note that courier costs will be charged according to the shipping address. Customs charges, duties and taxes are levied by the recipient’s government and are payable to them.)
  • Flat rate shipping at a preferential rate is available for orders that weigh over 1.5kg. We send these parcels with an economy option – please note, this usually takes longer in transit. Choose the Flat Rate Shipping option at check out. If an Express option is chosen we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Shipping rates depend on the volume of parcels we send and are reviewed every month and so flat rate shipping will be reviewed every month.
  • We do not do refunds. Any item, in it’s original condition and is returned within 1 week of receipt, may be exchanged. Subject to a 10% handling fee.
  • All shipping costs pertaining to an exchange, courier costs, duties, fees, taxes and any other costs, will be for the buyer’s account.
  • ColourSpun does not accept responsibility for any return goods lost or damaged in transit.

South Africa

  • Transit time – 2 to 7 days with Fastway Couriers or The Courier Guy. 
  • Door to door tracking, emails sent by courier company – Fastway or The Courier Guy
  • FREE shipping on online orders that weigh over 1.5kg
  • We do not do refunds. Any item, in it’s original condition and is returned within 1 week of receipt, may be exchanged. Subject to a 10% handling fee.

  • Transit time – 15 to 25 days with UPS Ground (no signature required)
  • Door to door tracking – emails sent by courier company, only once UPS has received the parcels in the US.

Express

  • Transit time – 3 to 15 days with various courier companies
  • Door to door tracking – emails sent by courier company
  • Insurance to value of parcel only whilst in transit

Preferential Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat Rate shipping at a preferential rate is available for orders that weigh over 1.5kg. You must choose the Flat Rate Shipping option at checkout.
