Pure Merino Wool Sock/4ply

Soft and smooth, our hand dyed, Pure Merino Wool Sock/4ply yarn is not just for socks but also excellent for fine garments, accessories, lace, baby clothes… great for both knitting and crochet and fine weaving too.

This extra soft, 2 ply, super wash yarn is mill spun and Herco treated to prevent felting. It is hand dyed in our indie dye studio using an earth friendly process and dyes. We use special hand dye methods in order to ensure that each strand is imbued with the artist’s energy and will have its own unique characteristics.

There are over 500 colours in our range, see our inspiration here . Pure Merino Wool Sock/4ply yarn is hand dyed in batches of 5 skeins, but we can dye larger batches on request. We urge you to order enough yarn for your project, because as with all yarn, dye lots vary.

If you don’t find the colour you’re looking for, we will have a go at creating it for you.

Please note: the swatches are for colour reference only since they have been dyed on different weight yarns.
