Pure Cotton Ombre Stacks –  6 yarn cakes are perfectly stacked to move through their colour seamlessly from light to dark.

We carefully mix just the right amount of colour for our Pure Cotton Ombre Stacks to ensure a perfect gradient.  Visit our Pinterest board to see what inspires each one.  We urge you to order enough yarn for your project because, as with all yarn, dye lots vary.

About ColourSpun Pure Cotton yarn

We choose the finest quality, natural and locally grown 100% pure cotton for each yarn colour palette and then have it mill spun to our specification.  We use an earth friendly process and dyes that are OEKO-TEX and Bluesign certified to hand dye our huge range of colours. Special dye methods ensure that each strand will have its own unique characteristics.

Our mill spins our cotton yarn for softness and then specially plies it to prevent splitting, which makes it equally good for crochet, knitting and weaving. It’s an eco cotton, which means it’s biodegradable and hypoallergenic,  so, it’s good for you and the environment too!

Washing Instructions

We recommend that you hand wash eco cotton in cool water. You can also use the wool or delicate cycle to machine wash and then dry flat.  See full washing instructions here: Washing Instructions

Certification

ColourSpun is a registered user of the Cotton Mark which is the certifying mark for pure cotton.  Our items are manufactured from 100% cotton and have been tested and found to comply with the minimum specifications and so are permitted to carry this mark. The Green South African Cotton mark is your assurance that our cotton is 100% pure, sustainable, locally grown South African cotton.

Delivery:

We hand-dye, air-dry and handball all the yarn for Pure Cotton Ombre Stacks. Please allow two weeks for production before shipping – the quality is worth the wait.
