Our studio is closed for the holidays from December 13th 2024 and will reopen on January 6th 2025. All orders placed after December 8th 2024 will be processed in January.

Shipping Options

• Please ensure that you choose the shipping option that you want, it cannot be changed after the order has been placed.
• Flat rate shipping at a preferential rate is available for orders that weigh over 1.5kg. We send these parcels with an economy option – please note, this usually takes longer in transit. Choose the Flat Rate Shipping option at check out. If an Express option is chosen we will unfortunately not be able to change it. Shipping rates depend on the volume of parcels we send and are reviewed every month and so flat rate shipping will be reviewed every month.

Currency

• Please ensure that you choose the correct payment option, based on your location, or your payment will be rejected by either Payfast or PayPal.
• Local (South Africa) currency – ZAR – Please use Payfast to pay in ZAR
• International currency US$ – Please use PayPal to pay in US$
